PL(KS) renewal must be done through the FWCMS system within three months before the expiry date of the existing PL(KS). Employers need to log into the FWCMS system, select the ePLKS module, complete the required information, purchase the required insurance, and make the payment online after the Malaysian Immigration Department approves the application. After the payment is completed, the employer can continue to print the ePASS through the FWCMS system.
