For quota extension please refer to OSC Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN). After extension complete you may need to update the quota information in FWCMS system. Please contact our Call Center Hotline at 03-8689 2822 or email us by providing these supporting documents at [email protected] :
1) KDN Approval/ Surat Kelulusan Bersyarat (with valid expiry date)
2) Levy Receipt
3) Akuan Penerimaan (For KDN Quota approval)
