1) My equota application status is still "Pending for Interview". When can I get the interview appointment date? 2) I get an email notification for eQUota interview but no checklist provided. How to get the checklist? 3) I already paid a levy but not received quota approval slip. How can I get the slip? 4) My address information is wrong in the quota approval slip. Can I change to another address? 5) Display error "Not eligible to apply foreign workers. Please revise your quota application"

For eQuota, all the information key in by employer together with existing record from SSM will be auto calculated by the system to finalise the eligibility of the application. Please revise all the info key-in and reduce the worker apply to comply with the requirement.
