1) My equota application status is still "Pending for Interview". When can I get the interview appointment date? 2) I get an email notification for eQUota interview but no checklist provided. How to get the checklist? 3) I already paid a levy but not received quota approval slip. How can I get the slip? 4) My address information is wrong in the quota approval slip. Can I change to another address? 5) Display error "Not eligible to apply foreign workers. Please revise your quota application"

9) My quota already approved by KSM I can't pay levy in Immigration as there is no record shown during payment at Immigration counter.How to proceed?
