Are there any fees for applications via the ePPAx–FWCMS integration? Can I cancel my application? Can the application be transferred to another company? Does this process apply to local workers? What is JTKSM’s role in this process?

No. The application is specific to the company that submitted it and cannot be transferred to another companies.
