5)What documents are required to renew the foreign workers' PL(KS)?

Employers seeking PL(KS) renewal for domestic helpers and workers in various sectors do not need to upload any documentation because the FWCMS already has all the necessary information.

• For Security:
  

  - For the first (1st) to the third year (3rd):

  Employers are not required to upload

  
  the KDNK Approval Letter.
  - For the fourth (4th) to the thirteenth (13th) year: Employers must upload the KDNK Approval Letter.

For the fourth through the tenth year, applications for the KDNK Approval Letter can be submitted electronically through eSIMS. For the eleventh (11th) through the thirteenth (13th) year, applications must be submitted manually at the KDNK counter.
