3) I unable to register online. Status is failed. What does it mean?

Please refer to remark reason on the notification email received :
1. Company details are available in the immigration system - Employer need to submit manual kemaskini at JIM/KSM
2. Registration has failed because employer does not exist in the SSM System - Employer need to update latest SSM record and share the latest info SSM record verified MyDATA to FWCMS for update.
3. Wrongly Upload document - Please upload correct documents with clear image and correct information required
4.Wrong information key-in (IC number/ROC)
- For ROC please key in old roc number eg 1234-X
- For IC number please key in correct Director/Owner IC as registered in SSM
