1) How do I register or update the details of my company's Director or Person-In-Charge (PIC)? 2) How do I activate the Director/PIC? 3) The status of the Director/PIC is already activated in the employer portal But the details are either unavailable during the WAU form application. 4) What is the process for updating the details of the Person-In-Charge (PIC)? 5) How do I register or update Director/PIC for APS?

Login to FWCMS > eVDR > Menu button (left side) > Report & Account management > Manage PIC Credential > Activate Director/PIC

Note : Please make sure the status of Director/PIC change from 'No Credential' to 'Available'
